Fair Use Policy

Acceptable Use

Ultragoon provides AI-powered image transformation services for legitimate, lawful purposes only. By using our service, you agree to use it responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You must have the rights and consent for every image you upload. For any image depicting an identifiable person, you confirm you have that person's explicit consent to upload, transform, and process their image. Never upload images of anyone who is, or appears to be, a minor.

Content Review & Monitoring

All images processed through our service are subject to automated and manual review.We employ advanced monitoring systems to detect and prevent illegal or harmful content.

Strictly Prohibited Content

The following types of content are absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) - Zero tolerance. Immediately reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.
• Revenge Pornography - Non-consensual intimate imagery of any kind.
• Deepfakes for Harm - Creating misleading content to harass, defame, or harm individuals.
• Identity Theft - Using others' images without consent for fraudulent purposes.
• Harassment & Abuse - Creating content intended to harass, threaten, or abuse any individual.
• Illegal activities of any kind under US federal or state law.

Law Enforcement Cooperation

We take illegal content extremely seriously. If we detect or are notified of:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Revenge pornography
• Any other illegal content

We will immediately report the incident to local, state, and federal authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) when applicable, and provide full cooperation including user information, IP addresses, timestamps, and all relevant evidence.

Data Collection & Logging

For security and legal compliance purposes, we collect and store:

• IP addresses
• Browser and device information
• Login timestamps and activity logs
• Uploaded images and processing history
• Payment and billing information

Uploaded images may contain faces or other features that constitute personal or biometric data under laws such as the GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and state biometric privacy statutes. You confirm you have the lawful basis and any consent required for us to process this data on your behalf to provide the service.

This information may be provided to law enforcement upon valid legal request or when we have a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to prevent illegal activity.

Account Termination

Violation of this Fair Use Policy will result in:

• Immediate account suspension or termination
• Forfeiture of any remaining credits or paid services
• Permanent ban from our services
• Reporting to appropriate authorities when applicable
• Potential legal action and criminal prosecution

Updates to This Policy
